    L.L.Bean has an opening in Finance for an Temporary Treasury Analyst. This position requires someone with strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as modeling techniques and SAS.

     

    **PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS A TEMPORARY ROLE FOR ABOUT 3-4 MONTHS**

    Responsibilities

    • Support the management of daily working capital based on projected cash requirements and reporting to senior management.
    • Work with JBO Finance team on the management of their daily working capital, and recommend borrowing decisions.
    • Perform daily credit card and PayPal settlement reconciliation, and work with CS and Retail Research Team on exceptions.
    • Analyze foreign exchange exposures and hedging activities in support of international operations.  Perform quarterly reporting to senior management.
    • Prepare monthly Treasury reports and quarterly debt covenant compliance schedules.
    • Prepare monthly Balance Sheet and Cash Flow forecasting in support of the budget department.
    • Provide quantitative and qualitative analytical support.
    • Apply fundamental financial knowledge (P&L, cash flow, and cost-benefit analysis).
    • Ensure data integrity and delivery of high quality, timely financial information, analysis and reporting within the department and to management and other areas of the company.  
    • Perform various other research and ad hoc project work and assume additional related responsibilities as requested.
    • Anticiapted length of assignment 3 months

    Education: Bachelors Degree preferred

    Experience: 1-3 years
