    We are currently searching for an Associate Email Analyst to join our Email Marketing Team. This position helps to manage the production and setup of all L.L.Bean promotional and service email campaigns.




    • Create and maintain the email deployment calendar, effectively managing timing, cadence and segmentation strategies to optimize program performance
    • Ensure effective and efficient day-to-day management of email campaigns, including version mapping, campaign setup, and the implementation of tracking codes in all emails
    • Proactively monitor the email production process, ensuring on-time deployment
    • Develop, execute and analyze file segmentation and email testing strategies
    • Create email campaign selections, connecting the best campaign to the correct customers
    • Work collaboratively with internal partners as well as external vendors to set up, validate and monitor email campaign launches
    • Drive continuous improvement of email production and campaign processes
    • Build successful relationships with internal peers (Marketing, IS, Creative, E-Commerce, Insights & Analytics) and external vendors
    • Support corporate Strategic Initiatives and other ad hoc duties, as assigned

    • Outstanding attention to detail and strong problem-solving
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and requests, and manage time accordingly
    • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with an ability to break down tasks and convey complex concepts and processes to people across various organizational levels
    • Continuous learning: extract key learning points and actively prevent errors from reoccurring
    • Excellent computer skills with experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
    • Ability to quickly learn the parameters and processes of a project and work independently towards goals while stopping to ask questions when needed
    • Quantitative skills and interest in business analytics
    • Knowledge of direct marketing, HTML, JIRA and business intelligence tools a plus

    Education Level: BA/BS or equivalent  

    Experience Level: 1 to 2+ years
