We’re setting up camp in New Haven, CT! L.L.Bean is excited to announce our new store opening in The Shops at Yale, in New Haven, CT in the Summer of 2018, and we are looking for talented, passionate Store Leaders to set up camp with us.
We are looking for a Store Manager who will be responsible for driving business results, developing talent and ensuring delivery of the legendary L.L.Bean customer experience. The successful candidate will communicate and drive Retail strategic initiatives as well as be accountable for profit and loss performance. They will promote the company's core values of Outdoors Heritage, Integrity, Service, Respect, Perseverance and Safe and Healthy Living to ensure the integrity of the brand, culture and mission of L.L.Bean is upheld at all times.

Health and Safety Requirement: Ensures compliance with the L.L.Bean comprehensive Health and Safety program by knowing and following all safety guidelines, policies, procedures and expectations. Takes immediate and appropriate action to rectify any unsafe conditions. Ensures compliance of front line employees with comprehensive Health and Safety program.
Minimum 5+ years experience as a store manager in relevant traffic, volume ($6.5-8M) and unit intensity location
Education Level: Associate Degree or equivalent
Experience Level: 5 to 7 years
